I created this 12 week training program specifically designed for women looking to jump start their fitness routine. Over the next 12 weeks we will focus on building base strength and endurance, and then challenge those fundamentals to transform your body. But you are not alone, with this program you get me as your trainer along the way. I’m here for you to answer questions, challenge your limits, and offer advice. 12 weeks. You and Me. Let’s do this.

I’m only able to help a limited number of people at a time, so if you’re interested apply now! The application is quick and simply allows me to get to know you ahead of time and make sure this program is the best fit for you.

THE WORKOUTS

I created this program based on the workouts I found most effective including strength training, plyometrics, cardio challenges, and HIIT workouts. You don’t necessarily need gym access (although it is preferred) for this program, but you will need a couple kettlebells and multiple sets of dumbbells for the various exercises.
